Here is my favorite Summertime look: a white outfit. I feel the need to attach a sub-header, "Not just reserved for Diddy's Hampton party"

Now, now, before you say my most loathed phrase in the english language "I could never pull that off" let me prove to you- yes we can. [Thanks Obama]

White on white is not only versatile, but it gives you the insta-chic quality that black on black does without the "Do you work at the Mac counter?" or "Who died?" questions.

These three easy looks are perfect for summer, and you probably already have the pieces you need. I like to mix it up with at least one other color to avoid the angel jokes.

01. A Forever 21 jersey dress, with a white short sleeved shirt, a cinch belt and brown Urban Outfitters gladiators.

02. A Gap short sleeve pocket Tee, Shade's tulip skirt, a wrap around brown belt and gold glitter Toms.

03. A Fruit of the Loom V-neck tee over a grey tank top with Forever 21 skinny white denim jeans and Steve Madden ruffled platforms.

If you believe in acronyms, and I do, white on white will give you a big W.O.W. As in "W.O.W. Emily's jokes are bad."
