I love chocolate shakes.
Arby's and Burger King are my first choice when it comes to fast food shakes.
I've never had Cick-fil-A's chocolate shake because I tried their Strawberry shake just to switch things up a bit and have been hooked ever since. So they win for best Strawberry Shake.
Wendy's Frosty is not a shake and if you ask me needs the "mix" to make it worth my "fix."
Chadders in American Fork...weak. I'll pass on that chocolate shake...and burger...and fries for that matter.
Arshels in Beaver. Love their chocolate shake.
Although too thick for my liking, I can't pass up the opportunity to get a chocolate shake from the Dairy Keen in Heber. I can't compare it to Granny's (also in Heber) because I've never been to Granny's, since all the "locals" that I have talked to say that Dairy Keen is better and that Granny's is for the tourists. I'll take their advice. Plus Granny's doesn't have a train running around inside on the ceiling.
My mother's chocolate shake. The best. And even better with grilled cheese sandwiches.
Where am I going with this? I'll tell you. Sammy's (27 N. 100 W. in Provo) just opened it's doors this month and we at Square had the chance to visit opening day to enjoy their Italian sodas, pie shakes, burgers and sweet potato fries. But it wasn't until this past Friday that I had tried their chocolate shake. I'm happy to tell you that it has made it onto my list of good chocolate shakes. Topped with real whipped cream and chocolate sauce. It was worth the wait...because it took a long time to get.
Where is your favorite shake from?
